West Haves ships to all 50 states and US territories. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing prior to shipment. Please note: transit time is approximate, and may vary depending on the carrier. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping, and the destination address.
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
All orders with a value over $100.00 are shipped insured and with tracking information. Orders with a value over $300.00 will require signature for delivery.
West Haves provides delivery of merchandise through a number of different third-party delivery services. West Haves is only a facilitator between the customer purchasing the merchandise and the delivery service being used. West Haves is not an agent for either and has no liability with respect to the delivery service.
*In the event of a significant difference of shipping charges, you will be notified before your order ships and you must approve the additional charge.
Orders to other countries outside of the United States may be subject to vat, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your Country. We do not collect vat, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside United States and therefore cannot predict what your estimated charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Oversized or Fragile Items
For delivery of large and fragile items please “inquire” so that we may discuss your shipping options. By request, West Haves can provide a list of recommended shippers but does not endorse any of these companies. The purchasing party is free to choose any method and company for shipping. Quotes provided by West Haves are valid for 30 days.
Please note that clients or third party couriers must provide their own packing materials. We are unable to provide packing materials or blanket wrapping, unless previously arranged.
Missing, Stolen or Damaged Shipments
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact West Haves immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
West Haves is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To report a missing package or file a claim, please contact UPS or the appropriate shipping Carrier.
If preferred, you may select free pickup during checkout. Pick up appointments should be coordinated between the purchaser or hired shipper and West Haves directly. Please allow 48 hours notice so that the pick up may be arranged. Once the item is released, West Haves has fulfilled its obligation and can no longer be held responsible for any damage, delays, theft or loss. West Haves advises purchasing shipping insurance for your items.
We are not responsible for paid items left over three weeks (21 days) from purchase.

In an effort to minimize our carbon footprint, all small scale items will ship ground unless otherwise requested.
